Like jennifer said, he's harsh. I think he might wanted to say that you have to accept yourself the way you are no matter how young (or not so-) you are.
Karl is a little too rough with this - I do agree, Jennifer and Aisha. I do think he was trying to say we can beautiful no matter our age!
