I'm going to get struck by lightning, but...Demi looks really fat in this picture.
yeah the beard needs to go. and i agree with dolce, demi does not look so hot here.

The couple never made sense to me. Ashton looks absolutely terrible and I agree with the rest of the comments, Demi looks fat.
