Always a bridesmaid...in silver shoes.

I have been on a quest for cute silver shoes for an upcoming wedding. I often think bridesmaid shopping is the pits. You get stuck in a somewhat awful dress you paid way too much for, wearing shoes that are uncomfortable, ugly and expensive for the one time you might wear them. Thankfully, my dress is not too bad for my best friend's wedding this Memorial Day weekend - this darling little pistachio number from Alfred Angelo.So I have been shopping for silver shoes, and when you have large, uncute feet like mine, shoe shopping somewhat sucks as I have alluded to before. I did find some fun ones as seen in pictures below.

I thought that a silver flat might work, but I really feel like rocking a heel at this wedding for some reason so I like the heeled version by Penny Loves Kenny (TuTu). But I think the bride would deem these both too shiny of a silver.

Here are a few heeled options, but I just don't think they would really work, but I loved them!
This is my favorite so far because I personally think silver isn't the best color with this dress, but this cute pump doesn't scream silver. Plus, they are actually comfortable , despite the intimidating heel. (LifeStride Cottage) Upon bridal approval, I am wearing them, and I am pumped.

Summer O7: Sandals

I love shoes, but I was blessed with humongous feet that make it difficult to find shoes in my size. Add to that, some painful foot surgery, and my shoe woes increase. I can hardly find heels that I can wear longer than an hour without having some wicked blisters or feet that hurt for days. But now I have found a brand of shoes that allows me to buy cute footwear without sacrificing my poor feet. They are Indigo by Clarks. Clarks has always been fabulous footwear that is quite comfy, but sometimes you need something a little bit cuter, and Indigo is the answer. I adore these black sandals. I just tried them on yesterday and they are like walking on air.
I love the espadrille heel on these.
